I work on complex systems
and the decisions hidden inside them.

Supply chains, value creation, business ecosystems, technology — and occasionally the ideas that do not fit neatly into a job title.

01 · work

Business is rarely one problem.

My work sits where commercial reality, supply chains, operations and long-term value creation meet. I am most interested in situations where the obvious KPI tells only part of the story — and where the useful answer appears only when functions, incentives and constraints are looked at together.

This site is not a second CV. It is a place to make some of that thinking visible.

02 · how I think

A few recurring questions.

01

What is the system optimising for?

Local efficiency can create global waste. I like looking at the incentives and trade-offs behind the visible result.

02

What is valuable but currently invisible?

Capabilities, resilience, optionality, relationships and knowledge often matter before they become measurable.

03

Where does the ecosystem change the answer?

Some questions make little sense at company level alone. Suppliers, customers, logistics partners and operators often form the real unit of analysis.

03 · occasional notes

Ideas worth writing down.

Short notes on business, supply chains, decision-making, technology and whatever else keeps returning to my notebook. Not a newsletter treadmill. No publishing calendar. Just thoughts when there is something worth saying.

note · coming soon

Ecosystem intelligence

Why the most useful business intelligence may sit between companies rather than inside one company’s KPI stack.

note · coming soon

The cost of invisible options

Resilience, spare capacity and optionality look inefficient — until the day they become the reason a system keeps working.

One Breath

A slower project around the sea, snorkeling and freediving — practical, curious and intentionally far away from the usual content machine.

05 · beyond the title

There is more than the professional bio.

I like problems with several layers, ideas that connect disciplines, and conversations that go somewhere unexpected. Outside work, the sea is usually not very far from my thoughts.

This is where the personal photo goes — not as a corporate headshot, but as the quieter final human note of the page.
